What we collect
- Calculator. Nothing. The calculation runs in your browser and is not sent anywhere.
- Statement review. Your business name, email, country and the statement you upload.
- Contact form. Your name, email and message.
Why and on what basis
We use this information only to prepare your review and reply to you. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)). We do not sell or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We read the statement, write down the figures the review needs, and delete the file as soon as the review is sent, and in any case within 7 days of upload. We never pass your statement to a payment provider or anyone else. Emails are kept as long as needed to answer you, and no longer than 12 months.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Fonts are served from our own server.
Where it is stored
On our server in the European Union. Uploaded statements are encrypted as soon as they arrive, and the key to open them is not kept on the web server. Files are never published on the website.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, and withdraw consent. Write to us through the contact form. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
